Support Services

With constant pressure on public funds, the landscape for the voluntary sector, which the majority of football clubs operate within, is challenging. Charities, voluntary groups and social enterprises must be resilient, innovative and entrepreneurial in order to survive and thrive.

The good news is that there are many organisations who provide support to help voluntary organisations to build resilience, support business development and innovation. Critically, much of this support is free or low-cost.

The Funding Centre was commissioned by The National Lottery Community Fund to create the first map of the third sector support landscape in Wales, and to inform the wider discussion about how best to support the sector in the future.
