Here you'll find a series of podcasts that will showcase fantastic examples across a range of club areas from clubs, across Wales, and further afield. They will provide your club with ideas and insight into how you can improve.

EPISODE 1

In the first episode of our podcast series, we take a look at community engagement with Buckley Town FC. One of only 11 Platinum clubs across Wales, they have become an integral part of their community with a number of initiatives and projects. We also discuss how they have adapted their provision with COVID-19. This podcast was recorded in partnership with Danny Bisland, Club development lead at the Scottish FA. 

EPISODE 2

In the second episode of our podcast series, we take a look at governance with Clarbeston Road FC. One of only 11 Platinum clubs across Wales, they have established themselves as a charitable organisation and discuss the benefits that has provided them as well as how they've built a strong reputation over a long-period of time as one of the leading clubs in Wales. We also discuss how they have adapted their provision with COVID-19.

In the third episode of our podcast series, we take a look at a club outside of Wales with Everton AFC. Based in Cork in the Republic of Ireland Stephen Crowley (Chairman) discusses their club structure and provide a fantastic insight into how a club is run in a different footballing nation. They also discuss how they have adapted their provision with COVID-19. In the fourth episode of our podcast series, we take a look at another club outside of Wales with Greenisland FC. Based in Northern Ireland, Marc Gamble (Head of Youth Development) discusses their club's coaching structure and provision to all members of their club. They also discuss how they have adapted their provision with COVID-19.
