Why you should vote for South Wales FA’s Chris Hooper for McDonald’s People’s Award 2016

Here we take a look at Cardiff City Ladies reserve coach Chris Hooper and make the case for him winning our McDonald’s People’s Award 2016.

Chris spends his time helping the U16 team during training and matches.

He has always dedicated himself to the players and puts others first ensuring all their needs are met.

His achievement, within a short amount of time, is admirable, not only has he progressed and developed players but he has led the team to a cup semi-final.

Chris is determined to better his knowledge of coaching and is currently undertaking his C Certificate.

Although he doesn’t own a driving licence, he finds his own way to training and matches and is always prepared and ready for the day ahead.

He is always willing to give up his time to train individuals and is amazing at keeping-up team morale through difficult times.

His love for the team shows in his attitude and patience, he coaches to benefit players for their future and not for his own gain.

Chris is truly an inspiration and it is people like him who keep the love of the game alive for young players.
