The striker spent time with these children in his native North Wales
Ian Rush was the star turn at Llandudno’s McDonald’s Community day on Sunday.
The former Wales and Liverpool record breaker, who is the FAW Trust and McDonald’s ambassador, helped coach and inspire the youngsters, still excited by Wales’ stunning run at Euro 2016.
The free event, held 20 miles from St Asaph, the town where Rushy was born, ran from noon until 5pm.
The children of all ages who attended, enjoyed small sided games, testing the speed of their shots and inflatables for more football related fun.
