Education Manager - Wales



Show Racism the Red Card is an anti-racism campaigning and educational charity. Our aim is to combat racism through enabling role models, who are predominantly but not exclusively footballers, to present an anti-racism message to young people and society.

We are seeking to recruit an Education Manager to join our campaign in Wales.

The post is involved in managing and expanding the education work in Wales, developing partnerships and joint working initiatives.

35 hours/week
Salary - £24,892 - £27,323
6% pension (NJC Scale 29 – 32)

Applicant must have:
• At least two years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent communications skills - written, telephone and inter personal.
• Commitment to anti-racism.
• Ability to meet specific deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to manage staff.
• Experience of planning educational activities.
• Experience of project management.
• Ability to deliver workshops and presentations.
• Experience of monitoring and evaluation.
• A Welsh speaker is desirable, but not essential
