Tottenham, Newcastle and Stoke stars take the field during B Licence course

The big names have been taking practical sessions during day 3

Some of the biggest names in the game have joined up with some of the brightest Welsh coaches to take practical sessions as part of their UEFA B Licence residential course.
Stoke City stars Peter Crouch and Ryan Shawcross are joined on this week’s course by former Tottenham players Mido and Ian Walker, ex Newcastle defender Titus Bramble and former Wales internationals Danny Collins and Brian Stock.

After two days of intensive theory lessons, the former footballers took their own practical sessions today starting with one from ex England striker Crouch and former Cardiff City striker Stuart Fleetwood.

Meanwhile former Hereford defender Tony James joined ex Celtic striker Andy Payton for a session with a group of junior players plucked from clubs around South Wales.
To finish the practical sessions off, San Francisco University’s Tracy Hamm joined Eleri Earnshaw of Yale while former Wales international Brian Stock teamed up with Walsall assistant manager Jon Whitney.

In the afternoon, FAW Trust coaches ran through some sessions while the candidates, including former Premier League player Darel Russell, Goytre United manager Andrew Hill and Bangor City coach Ashley Young watched on intently.
