2015 Welsh Community Football Awards, presented by McDonald’s
<2r>Voting is now closed for the fourth annual People’s Award that gives the public a say in which grassroots football hero deserves to be crowned the national winner. Having already been recognised as regional Volunteers of the Year for their contributions to grassroots in their local community, six nominees have been shortlisted for the award. This year’s nominees are;
• Meryl Kibble – Gwent FA
• Karen Jones – South Wales FA
• Paul Inns – Central Wales FA
• Eifion Morris – North Wales Coast FA
• Dawn Elliott – North East Wales FA
• Martin Williams – West Wales FA
McDonald’s Head of Welsh Football, Ryan Giggs said: 'The work of this year’s nominees is simply outstanding and they show the true spirit of a grassroots hero. The Welsh Community Football Awards, presented by McDonald’s are a fantastic way of recognising the volunteers who dedicate so much of their free time to keep the game going.'
The People’s Award winner at the National Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 13th October at the Cardiff City Stadium.
