Some as young as six got involved at Nantporth
Nearly 500 children, across 56 teams, played their part in Bangor City’s end-of-season festival.
Children as young as six, from across North Wales, took part in the two day event, which was a great advert for the strength of junior football in the region.
The end-of-season extravaganza is the rounds off a season of monthly Friday night football festivals on the 3G pitch at the Welsh Premier League club’s Nantporth stadium.
A club spokesman said: "These are fantastic events to host here at the club.
“Its great to see our facilities being used for the benefit of junior football teams throughout the season and a great way for the teams to finish getting to play inside our WPL stadium.
“I’d like to say a huge thank you to all teams, players, coaches and parents for supporting the event and making it such a success for Junior footballers in North Wales.”
