Here's the Wales U16 squad for the Victory Shield 2016

They're heading to Scotland to defend the trophy

The squad that will represent Wales at the 2016 Victory Shield has been selected.

Scotland is hosting this year's tournament and 22 players will travel to Edinburgh as Wales face Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Northern Ireland between Sunday, October 30, and Friday, November 4.

The class of 2016 are aiming for a third successive title, after their predecessors won the Victory Shield in 2014 and 2015.

This time five Cardiff City players, two from Swansea and one from Wrexham will be among the group heading for Heriot-Watt University, in the Scottish capital, where all three of their games will be played.
