This February Half-Term holidays saw Bangor City FC In The Community, the community partnership between Bangor City FC and Vi-Ability, deliver their 1st Soccer Camp of 2016 on Monday and Tuesday 15th and 16th February at The Bangor University Stadium, Nantporth, Bangor.
This camp was another resounding success with fantastic numbers of children in attendance and playing football as over 140 players attended across the 2 days, with 68 players on day 1 and 72 on day 2. Overall the camp provided a fantastic way for the children to spend their school holidays, in a fun, relaxed and professional environment, providing them the opportunity to develop their footballing skills, make new friends and most importantly have fun.
Delivered by their fully accredited community coaching staff these camps provide an excellent occasion for children to enhance their skills and abilities, have fun and engage within constructive activity during their school break.
Bangor City FC Community Officer Ethan Ray said “This was a great way to kick off the 1st school holidays of 2016 through hosting one of our popular soccer camps for aspiring young footballers and to have over 140 players in attendance at our 1st camp of the year is fantastic!!! We are already looking forward to all of the 2016 school holidays, to deliver more fun football camps!!!”
