Football Development Manager - South Wales & Junior Leagues
National Participation Manager

 

BACKGROUND

The FAW Trust is the body responsible for football development in Wales and are seeking to recruit people with the experience, enthusiasm and skills to make a positive addition to a team that is responsible for delivering its strategic mission to ‘grow the game and raise football standards’ across Wales. 

Supporting the Head of Football Development, the positions will play a key role in delivering the key strategic outcome of delivering ‘a flexible and appealing playing offer’ and high-level targets of: 

1. 50% of children playing football once per week

2. 60,000 registered junior players by 2026

3. 20,000 registered female players by 2026
