Coleman returns to National Conference

FAW National Coaches Conference 2014

Welsh National Team Manager Chris Coleman will return to the 2014 National Coaches Conference.

Chris is very supportive of the Coach Education programme in Wales an often gives up his time to share his extensive knowledge and experiences within the game. Chris made 478 first team appearances for a number of clubs including Manchester City (Youth), Swansea City, Crystal Palace and Fulham also winning 36 caps for his country. He then went on to manage in the Premier League with Fulham and had spells abroad managing Real Sociedad in Spain and Larissa in Greece before returning home to take the reigns of his country.

He shows great commitment to support coaches in Wales by attending our residential and generic B Licence courses, encouraging candidates to develop players for the future of Welsh football.

We are thrilled to welcome Chris back to this prestigious annual event.

This year's National Conference will take place on 23, 24 & 25 May 2014 at the St Pierre Marriott Hotel & Country Club with practical sessions taking place at our National Football Development Centre, Dragon Park. For an application form and further details please see the Revalidation page.
