Coaching Opportunities at Newport County Academy

UEFA B Licence Coaches Needed

Newport County are currently looking for a number of coaches to join our expanding Academy, coaching within the development phase of 12’s to 16’s

Our coaches work closely with the first team staff and Academy Manager Michael Flynn to ensure that we develop players capable of breaking into the first team.

Each age group trains three nights a week at our new home at Llanwern High School, Newport and play a competitive match on Saturday mornings in either the Junior Premier League or Football league youth alliance. We also manage the games programme for the Newport and District Schools representative squads

If you hold a UEFA B Licence, maybe a youth coaching qualification along with the normal CRB checks and child safeguarding, want to work within a Football League Academy structure with a difference and able to commit to this exciting programme please send your CV or enquiries to [email protected]

Interviews will be held the week of the 30th June and pre-season begins the 14th July. Coaches receive expenses, tickets to home games and educational support
