Coaches from some of the world’s biggest clubs have taken practical sessions on day three of the National Coaches Conference.
Mikel Arteta represented Arsenal, while Liverpool’s Pep Lijnders and Benfica’s Joao Trahallo also took to the pitch at Dragon Park.
They all hosted impressive practical sessions before Trahallo, who flew straight in after Benfica’s 6-2 win at Maritimo, delivered a world class theoretical presentation on defensive trends in the game.
At the end of the conference Osian Roberts said: “All of our presenters have been excellent.
“If you want to be a world class coaching nation you have to deliver world class coaching presentations.
“This event would never work without the coaches. To see them all back is a joy. We appreciate their input and advice and hope to see some of them back next year.”
